REIG JOFRÉ. new agreement with REIG-JOFRÉ.
The pharmaceutical sector keeps being one of reference sectors for ENFLEX and in which it is increasing its presence. The company Reig Jofré Group from Sant Joan Despí, has chosen one of ENFLEX’s machines, concretely the model F-11 Duplex.
F-11 DX filler for wipes; effective sealing.
The model that Grupo Reig-Jofré has purchased is an automatic packaging machine designed for the processes of forming, filling and sealing of pouches for wipes or swabs. This is a sector that has experienced a remarkable growth in the past years and to which ENFLEX offers efficient solutions in regards to production, maintenance and costs.
The working process of the F-11 DX filler begins with the forming of the wipe, which comes from a reel where the material is gathered before being folded, cut and introduced into the pouch together with the dose of liquid and/or cream to impregnate it with.
The working cycle finishes with the closing and sealing of the pouch and its cutting to leave it displayed in units.
