WESTPACK (South Africa) develops new projects jointly with ENFLEX.

Neil, who has 30 years experience in the food and co-packing industry, is in charge of the supply chain, while Gillian, a micro-biologist, manages all the issues related to quality and makes sure that it is innocuous.

Westpack has its headquarters in the region of “New Germany”, in a factory which was refurbished and now it has impressing facilities for storage and production. It is also worthy of note the utmost emphasis on hygiene and food safety. “We carry out periodical audits with our customers, as we must meet the strictest requirements which go even beyond the international standards.”

ENFLEX develops a new line for packaging pouches with two products for Westpack.  
  
Westpack has relied on ENFLEX for the developing of its new projects of packaging lines. In concrete, they have 3 lines of complete ENFLEX machines. The two first ones, which were fitted with ENFLEX F-14 model, were joined recently by a third line equipped with the model F-17, which, in this case, stands out specially for the manufacturing of pouches with a membrane for packing 2 products, a line of business that Westpack focuses primarily on the European market.
 
Neil comments on the collaboration with ENFLEX, “We are very satisfied. ENFLEX packaging machinery is versatile and highly reliable, being superior to other packaging lines up to 28 %”.

Similarly, on the process of installation of the new packaging lines, Neil remarks “the process can be assessed as a great success, we ere very happy with the professionalism and the work carried out by ENFLEX staff at Westpack”.

In this new project, the flexibility and the versatility of Westpack have been combined with the consistency, simplicity and competitiveness of the solutions that ENFLEX develops. The final result could not be another: it has been a complete success.
